PLUC Closed to All Meetings through April 13th.
Portage Lake United Church has closed its building temporarily as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak.
This closure is temporary and coincides with the Governor’s Executive Order, lasting through April 13, at which time PLUC will issue new guidance.
We deeply value the good work of the various groups that have found a home in our space. Portage Lake United Church understands the unique importance of recovery groups, as they bring hope and healing to our community. In this time of increased anxiety, your role in supporting one another may be particularly meaningful. We encourage you to reach out to one another, and for groups to continue supporting one another with an online/virtual component using Zoom, Free Conference Call services, Google Hangouts, Skype, or similar platforms.
If you have questions or would like to speak with a minister, contact Pastor Peter Norland at 906-370-3558.
